Premise and effectiveness of the General Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "General Terms and Conditions") have as their object the regulation of the purchase of products and services, made at a distance and made available, through the internet, from the website www.bu-net.com (hereinafter, the "Site") in compliance with the Italian legislation of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, "Consumer Code").
The seller of the products and owner of the Site is: Bu-net based in Carema -TO- (hereinafter "Shop").
The consumer who accesses the Site to make purchases (hereinafter "Customer") is required, before sending the order, to read carefully these General Conditions that have been made available to you on the Site and that will be available at any time by the Customer also through the link contained in the email confirming each order to allow the reproduction and storage.
The contracts concluded with Bu-net through the Site are governed by these General Conditions in compliance with Italian law. The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.
Choose and order products
The characteristics and the price of the various products on sale on the Website (hereinafter "Product/Products") are shown on the page relating to each Product.
By sending the order from the Site, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these General Conditions and payment transcribed.
The contract between the Store and the Customer must be understood as concluded with the acceptance of the order by the Store. This acceptance is communicated to the Customer through an email confirming the order containing a reference to these General Conditions the order number, the shipping and billing data, the list of products ordered with their essential characteristics and the total price, including delivery costs. It is understood that the image of the Products has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and quality but may differ in color and size. The nutritional values and the list of allergens are indicated on the Site based on the information provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the product label for accuracy of the content. the Site is not responsible for any discrepancies between the information listed in the description and those on the package. In case of food intolerances it is advisable to contact the Site administration before purchasing a particular product.
Prices and shipments

In tutta Italia la spedizione è gratuita per ordini superiori a 75,00 €. Per importi inferiori, il costo della spedizione è variabile in funzione del peso complessivo della merce (compreso l’imballaggio), partendo da un minimo di 4,90 €.
Spedizioni in Europa:
Le merci possono essere recapitate in tutto il continente Europeo, fatta eccezione per la Svizzera. Il costo della spedizione è variabile in funzione del peso complessivo della merce (compreso l’imballaggio), e del Paese di destinazione, partendo da un minimo di 14,90 €. La spedizione è gratuita per importi superiori a 99,00 €.
Payment and invoicing methods
Methods of payment

In order to be able to offer payment methods in instalments, we may pass on the Customer’s personal data to Klarna at checkout in the form of contact details and order details, so that Klarna can assess their suitability to its payment methods and customize those payment methods. Invoicing of orders

Transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate field.
All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter "Courier") on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each week, excluding holidays and national holidays.The Shop is not responsible for unforeseeable or unforeseeable delays.

The right of withdrawal is governed by the following conditions:
The right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the Product purchased.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal Shop will refund to the customer the full amount of the returned goods, excluding shipping costs where provided, within 14 days from the date on which it was received the notice of withdrawal, without prejudice to the right of Bu-net to suspend payment of refund until actual receipt of the goods The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the latter has expressly requested a different method. Also in order to be able to guarantee the free return pursuant to the following article 8, the Products must be returned in the same box in which they were received.
In addition to the cases indicated in Foreword (consumer and/ or customer who requires the invoice), the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, pursuant to art. 59 d.lgs 21/2014:
order Products made to measure or clearly customized;
order of Products that risk to deteriorate or expire quickly;
order of Sealed Products that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons or that have been opened after delivery.
With reference to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above, the Customer, in particular, is informed and accepts that among the Products that "risk to deteriorate or expire quickly" include both all Food Products (including wines, spirits and beverages) both cosmetics, as the characteristics and qualities of these types of Products are subject to alteration also as a result of improper storage. Therefore, for hygienic and customer protection reasons, the right of withdrawal is only applicable for products purchased on the Site that can be returned to the Shop and put on the market without danger to the health of consumers (such as books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.).
In cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, the Store will return to the Customer the Products purchased, charging the same shipping costs.
Cancellation or change shipping address of the order
The Customer may cancel or request the change of shipping address of the order within 12 hours from the conclusion of the order; After this period the order will be processed and it will no longer be possible to request cancellation or change of shipping address. The Store reserves the right to cancel the order in case of unforeseeable difficulties, informing the Customer by email, or, upon agreement with the same, change the day and/ or time of delivery.
Warranty and defects of conformity
In case of defects in conformity of Products sold by Bu-net the Customer must immediately contact the Customer Service using the appropriate contact form. The legal guarantees provided for in Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right, at his choice and provided that the type of Product allows it, to restore, at no cost, the conformity of the Product by repair or replacement, or an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. The Customer forfeits these rights if he does not report to the Store the lack of conformity within one month from the date on which he discovered the defect, provided that it is not a Product that by its nature is perishable or subject to expiry in a shorter period, in which case the defect must be reported within that period reduced
Errors and limitations of liability
The information about the Products provided through the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors of which the Shop cannot be held liable, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
Bu-net reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent, or to modify or update the information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the rights of the Customer pursuant to these General Conditions and the Consumer Code.
Except in the event of intentional or gross negligence, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or to the recognition of compensation, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance or evasion, even partial, of an order
The Store promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol and excludes any liability at its own expense, except wilful misconduct or gross negligence, in the case of purchase made by minors under 16 years. By purchasing any alcoholic product you declare to be of legal age according to art. 7 of DL 158/2012. Shop does not assume any responsibility in case of purchase made by children under 18 years of age who have declared to be of a different age.
Online resolution of consumer disputes (ADR and ODR)
According to Article 49 paragraph 1 letter V of D. Lgs September 6, 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) the customer can make use of the procedure of Joint Conciliation. The Procedure can be initiated if the consumer after lodging a complaint to the company, within 45 days, has not received a reply or has received an answer not considered satisfactory by him.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The sales contract between the Customer and the Store is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of disputes relating to the interpretation, execution or resolution of these General Conditions or individual purchase orders if the Customer is a consumer pursuant to the General Conditions in Italy; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Turin, any other jurisdiction excluded.
Pursuant to Article 1341 c.c. the Customer declares that he has read and specifically accepts the following articles of these General Conditions: 6 (liability for delays in delivery), 10 (right to correct errors - exclusions of liability).
