SHOPPING IN BU-NET SHOP
Yes, you need to register. Thanks to your account you can manage and control all your orders. During payment, enter your details in the required fields, you will receive an e-mail with your login credentials.

No, a minimum purchase fee is not required to make purchases in the Bu-net online store.
If you encounter errors during the registration or purchase phase, try updating your search browser.
In case you failed to resolve the problem, please report the error to us via the contact form.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during registration.
Further communications will be forwarded at the end of the processing and at the time of shipment of your parcel.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Shipments costs throughout Italy depends on the weight of the goods, it starts from 4,90 € and are FREE for orders over 75 €.
You can check the shipping costs in the checkout page or at the bottom of the cart.
To ensure the freshness of the products, we ship on Tuesday and Thursday. You'll receive the goods in 24/48 H.
To know when you'll receive the box, please check the counter in the shop's pages.
When we deliver the package to the courier, the tracking code will be issued to you via e-mail.

PAYMENTS
You can pay by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer or choose to defer the amount in 3 monthly installments at no additional cost (FAQ-Klarna).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In order to guarantee excellent products, in compliance with hygiene rules, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on food and drinks.
Cosmetics with opening signs cannot be returned.

The refund takes place when the goods return to the Bu-net office, after having passed the control by our operators.
