Grappa obtained from the pomace of the "Nebbiolo della Valle d'Aosta" steam distilled in small discontinuous copper stills. In the lower valley Nebbiolo takes the name of Picotendro, it seems referring to the grape grape "small and tender". Its pomace, the result of a viticulture defined heroic for the handkerchiefs of land torn from the mountain and for the remarkable difference in altitude of the vineyards, generates a round and balanced Grappa.
