Description
A state-of-the-art alembic still distills it using vacuum technology and thus guaranteeing a particular aroma to the brandy. The brandy, with its elegant and exclusive notes, has been aged in 250-liter barriques for about six months. During the long aging, wood and oxidations have transmitted characteristic aromas to the distillate, making it pleasant and soft on the palate.
