Grappa al Ginepro

A heroic plant that grows in arid places, both on the mountains where winter water is scarce due to frost, and on the arid promontories of the Mediterranean. Aromatic, resinous and fragrant, its berries give gin, the typical aroma and flavor easily recognizable.
