Notes and Curiosities
The recovery of the ancient native vine Timorasso in the Borbera and Spinti Valleys began in 2005 with a project called "Terre e flavors of Excellence", which provided for the establishment of the first vineyards and the request for the obtaining of the new denomination, followed by a second project "Table, Tradition, Territory" mainly dedicated to infrastructure and technological systems for production and bottling.



Ezio has contributed to the recovery of the ancient Timorasso grape variety which was and is the most produced and most representative of the Borbera Valley, a valley wedged between Piedmont and Liguria.
