Rosé wine "Elena"
The rosé wine "Elena" was born on the famous hills in the province of Biella, known as Coste della
Sesia. The slopes close to the Biellese Prealps, host for centuries the rows of grapes, typically of
Nebbiolo and Croatina, vines of which this intense rosé is composed, to an extent of 80-20%.
The fruity aroma is reminiscent of berries and wild flowers. The palate is delicate and persistent,
from which stand out notes of licorice.
