Description
Clos de l'Enfer is truly the flagship of our small but prestigious cooperative. The name is given by the same "Clos de l'Enfer", the precious enclosed vineyard in which the Petit Rouge is born, the grape variety of which this majestic wine is 100%. The wine ages in wooden casks for at least one year, to be enriched in roundness, aromas, persistence and longevity
Vinification: cabout 30% of the grapes are dried for a month, the maceration lasts for 70 days, during which malolactic fermentation takes place; the aging in wood is at least one year, followed by a period of aging in bottle.
