In this version of our sensory tribute to memory, we have integrated alcohol, sugar and a hydroalcoholic solution of aromatic herbs and spices. The prevailing aroma is given by ginger, to which cinchona, rhubarb, chamomile, gentian and wormwood are added. As spices we chose cinnamon, cloves, coriander, nutmeg, cardamono, sweetened by orange peel.

The only aromatized wine from Caves de Donnas, which paid homage to the "wines of yesteryear". This wine, in fact, marries the Aosta Valley tradition, in which it was customary to aromatize special wines, made from red grapes, with alpine aromatic herbs.
It is an ethereal wine, wide and complex, with strong aromatic connotations. The taste is pleasantly spicy, slightly bitter, very persistent. A wine that gives the unforgettable memory of the valleys of the Aosta Valley.
Can be used as an aperitif, or in combination with chocolate desserts. Out of meal is perfect as a meditation wine. Even in the kitchen it can be used to perfume apples or pears in cooking, according to the tradition of the Aosta Valley.
