When it comes to Torrette, it tends to get confusing. By disciplinary, it is possible to create a red wine of the same name based on Petit Rouge in eleven municipalities of the Centro Valle, but, in reality, the Torrette is a pretty small and qualitative cru. Pellissier was born precisely in this area and did not decline it according to what is its most immediate and natural vocation seemed to us limiting.
