Dehusked whole wheat spelt

Unlike the classic one, the spelt preserves intact the "film" that envelops the grain. This represents a precious vehicle of food fiber and mineral substances that would otherwise be partially lost with the beading process. The spelt also has the natural ability to soak cooking water, satiating without weighing down the stomach.

Our spelt is good in all seasons: perfect for the preparation of soups, soups and cold salads, it keeps cooking well and is characterized by an intense flavor that goes well with delicate vegetables.



The selected cereals, the total stone grinding and the production techniques adopted by the field to the milling, allow to obtain a technically valid product with flavors and scents that enhance the productions of the demanding professional but also of the amateur cook. The cereals are ground in small batches at weekly frequency, in order to always have fresh and fragrant products
