Cold-extracted hazelnut oil
La Bessa: a nature reserve on the Serra Morenica of Ivrea, known since the times of the ancient Romans for the generous quantities of gold that were obtained, now home to the farm of the same name. Here Piemonte I.G.P.hazelnuts are cultivated, skillfully transformed into "liquid gold": organic hazelnut oil. A few drops cold is enough to flavor your risotto or to give that extra touch to the tartare meat. Great to garnish the scalded fish or crust.
