The proposal of the young company Umami, does not stop at the black garlic only, but also offers a novelty for the Italian market: Salt Garlic Black, a tasty flavored dressing that can give that extra touch to any raw material. A salt flavored with smoky, woody notes and hints of caramel and licorice.



Sea salt and white garlic polesano DOP, expertly fermented thanks to the skills of two young and enterprising Piedmontese biologists. Garlic, after the long fermentation process, becomes black, acquires new fragrances and will be able to exalt every creation. Black garlic has become famous in the world food scene for its health properties, including a particular presence of antioxidants as well as the property of regulating cholesterol in the blood.

Also suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets.
