Ingredients: sugar, pasteurized egg white, toasted hazelnut flour 15%, soft wheat flour type "00", toasted hazelnut paste 6%.



The origin of these light biscuits s dates back to 1930. The Boch confectioners, after a trip to the lands of Normandy, have created the so-called "Tuiles", or tiles, bringing with them the delicious recipe in the small Italian region and making it a cult of the current confectionery production.
