Biscotti Frollini al Cacao “Farinél”

The black bread Farinel, close relative of Micoula, became a biscuit. A magic to eat as a snack, maybe with a good glass of juice.

 

Ingredients: wheat flour type "0", butter, whole rye flour, whole wheat flour, eggs, raisins, figs, almonds, cocoa 1%, raising agents E450i and E500ii, starch, orange cube, walnuts, brewer’s yeast, salt.

Description

This biscuit is born from the desire to bring to the table the taste of farinel also in the form of biscuit. The combination of two wholemeal flours such as rye and wheat, combined with nuts, raisins and figs, makes this cake really special.
