Description
For some years now, Bonne Vallée has been growing native Aosta Valley rye "Arturo", named after the farmer from Champorcher who donated the seeds to the Institut Agricole Régional. In all probability this is the variety of rye cultivated for centuries on the terraces and in the valley bottom of the Valle d'Aosta, today used for the cultivation of grapes with the vine Picotendro.
