For a more intense cuddle we added coffee to our stuffed chocolates. The traditional recipe of gianduia in an intense interweaving with acacia honey, Piedmont I.G.P. Hazelnuts and coffee.
To try as they are or accompanied by coffee or whisky
Shell ingredients: cocoa paste, hazelnut paste, sugar, cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
Stuffed ingredients: acacia honey (78%), hazelnut paste Piemonte I.G.P. (16%), coffee' (6%)
