The chestnuts of Agrival are processed like a cream, because we want to offer you the most "sweet" chestnut jam ever. It is excellent with cream, in fact it is often used to make the dessert "Montebianco", a typical Piedmontese sweet that legend says goes back to the Duchy of Savoy.Our chestnuts are healthy and nutritious, have an excellent sugar ratio, a decent protein content and a very low percentage of fat. They are naturally rich in vitamins, potassium and other mineral salts, such as magnesium, calcium, sulfur and phosphorus.For such a precious fruit, we decided to combine it with a precious spice: vanilla pods from Madagascar.
