Toma Fresh Tizzy: cheese made from pasteurized whole bovine milk with the addition of rennet.
The curd is cut into a corn grain and then slightly heated to give it the desired consistency. The
pasta is made to turn for a few minutes and then is extracted and inserted into the molds.
In a second time the toma is turned several times and after twelve hours taken to the cellar where
skilful hands will salt the cheese making the taste sweet and the crust reddish. After a month of
maturing the Toma Tizzy is available for those who love semi-mature cheeses but with a delicate
taste enriching their kitchen to prepare excellent cheese platters.
