Description
Toma Magra: cheese produced with the classic processing of toma but using raw skimmed milk. The result is a seasoned toma with an intense flavor that loses little of its creaminess but adds intensity to the flavor, it lends itself more to the maturing processes making more explicit the specific flavors preserved in the milk of cows grazing the mountain meadows. The colours of the crust and of the paste are more marked and the shape is of reduced size than the other greasy tomes.
