Lardo d’Arnad D.O.P.

Excellence and traditional speciality from the country from which it comes, our lard d'Arnad d.o.p. has had a large number of acclaim from fans.

Unique product, it uses the shoulder and back of the pig. The lard rests for at least 3 months in doil (wooden containers) with aromatic herbs, garlic and spices.



When cut, it has a pink color with a possible vein of meat, with a delicate taste where the aromas and aromas are released absorbed during the aging. It is eaten as an appetizer on rustic bread croutons, rye. Excellent with honey or cooked chestnuts is the main dish of the snack of Arnad. It is also used as a seasoning for meat, fish and added to the fried meat.
