Crossing the valley floor of the Dora Baltea, you can see many orchards cultivated according to strictly traditional rules. The apple is undoubtedly the most common fruit in the whole Aosta Valley. This is possible thanks to the dry climate and to the good exposition to the sun, indispensable factors in order to obtain sweet fruits, from the intense colors and perfumes, unique. The apples we use in our jams are the result of a cultivation in which the use of pesticides is very limited.
