- Consistency: the tree honey of paradise is liquid and, to the appearance, slightly turbid. It is a product that slowly crystallizes until it reaches a creamy consistency with grains from fine to coarse.
- Color: an orange nuance, light, of the shade of a stone of baltic amber seen in backlight
- Flavour: as if to recall a sip of cold peach tea, the paradise tree honey releases in the mouth a sweet fruity and fresh soul. At the moment of the tasting it seems to taste a tropical fruit salad.
- Aroma: the intertwining of perfume and taste leaves in the mouth a medium-intense and fragrant aroma, as if to imagine having just made a discovery of lychee: the cherry of China.

Our paradise tree honey is harvested in Italy during the months that mark the maximum flowering of this plant variety: May and June.
The tree honey of paradise is an excellent companion for all dishes based on fruit: from tart to fruit salad, used to polish the dough of the first or to enrich the tone of jam, to be considered one of the best partners for cooked fruit. It goes equally well with bitter soft drinks or fruity and summer drinks.
