Our wildflower honey is harvested mainly in Piedmont, Emilia Romagna and Calabria, where foraging bees can make their diet varied and choose from a wide biological diversity of plant species, weaving its character in a plot to be discovered every year.
It is one of the best table honeys, chosen to sweeten tea, a warm cup of milk or to accompany the cheese, both fresh and aged. Millefiori honey is also surprising when used to marinate meat and fish or to garnish desserts made with cream or cream. It is also ideal immersed in a glass of white yogurt in the morning.
