Potato gnocchi

Gnocchi are an ancient food, in Europe they spread thanks to the discovery and the import of potatoes from the American continent, but it remains a food always up-to-date thanks to the different mixtures and variations in shape and finish.
Our gnocchi are available both classic and with special dough. New technologies allow us to create stuffed dumplings, where the potato dough embraces delicious cheese fillings.



Potato gnocchi. Ingredients:

WHEAT flour type "00", durum wheat semolina, EGGS 20%, water.


Instructions for use:


Cook in plenty of salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days from opening.

Store in the refrigerator between 0 and +4° C.

To be consumed after cooking.
