Our trout bottarga, we get it from our rainbow trout. Once we have taken them, we eat and season them, always following our principles linked to the local tradition. In fact, we rigorously add Italian salt, in higher percentages compared to large retailers, and spices that recall the Aosta Valley tastes.

Our rainbow trout roe is a seasonal product, available from December to May not to affect our farms with low environmental impact.

 

Ingredients: rainbow trout eggs (Oncorhyncus mykiss - bred in Italy - 83%), salt (17%), herbs (<1%)

 

 

Matching oxcellent for seasoning pasta and fish dishes. Our experts advise you to try it with pizza or trofie.
