This small and precious close relative of the salmon, is characteristic of our zones: the char, in fact, is often fished in the segments of alpine water, as it lives only in the sweetest waters, fresh and clean.
Its flesh has a characteristic pink colour and even if numerous subspecies do exist, we breed exclusively the source species.
Ingredients: char (Salvelinus fontanalis - raised in Italy), salt (<1%), sugar (<1%), juniper berries (<1%)
Suitable for: giving you a "wild" evening.
Matching we recommend you to taste it natural and not to cook it. Try it with rice.
