The distinctive taste of trout blends perfectly with the aroma of yarrow and genepy of the Gran Paradiso National Park, which we have chosen, among our local herbs, to give it an intense and original aroma, in line with our tradition.

The rainbow trout has a very lean meat, much appreciated by nutritionists and for the feeding of children

 

Ingredients: trout eggs (Oncorhyncus mykiss – allevato in Italia), sale (<1%), zucchero (<1%), erbe aromatiche (<1%)

 

Suitable for: cuddling in an exclusive evening, the basis of a romantic dinner or for a personal pampering.

 

Matching gives the best of itself to the natural, but try it also accompanied with butter, olive oil and lemon or with a flavored mayonnaise.
