Savory Pie with Spinach
It’s a spinach pie. After preparing the puff pastry, it is mainly filled with ricotta, spinach and a thin slice of cooked ham. It is good cold but heated in a traditional oven or a couple of minutes in the microwave reaches the maximum of its goodness.
