In this article we want to tell you the story of the partner manufacturer Destefano Pasta Factory.

The founder of Pastificio Destefano, Giuseppe Destefano, thanks to his far-sighted ideas, set up a small family-run fresh pasta workshop in Ivrea in the province of Turin (Piedmont) in 1948.
Following his request of agnolotti increased, so as to have to move the business in the nearby village of Bollengo in larger premises.

Uova, farina e… tradizione

The freshness, quality and goodness of the product, only with the vehicle of word of mouth led the agnolotto Destefano to be known outside the regional borders occupying large areas of the Italian and foreign market.

The company then passed into the hands of the families of the two sons, Rinaldo and Giuliano, who were able to carry on with the same passion the love for fresh stuffed pasta, then handed it down to the third generation with Chiara and Marco Destefano, grandsons of the founder.

Making pasta is one of the oldest crafts in Italy with which our country has seduced and won over palates around the world.

I DESTEFANOpasta artisans for over 70 years, have combined mastery and creativity, with the most modern production techniques, making over 300 kg/ hour of product, maintaining the characteristics of fresh homemade pasta, but with a shelf life of at least 30 days for products packaged in trays in modified atmosphere.


Thanks to the internal kitchen that daily studies, develops and produces fillings for its products, DESTEFANO is able to create customized recipes and labels on customer request.
The company, always attentive to the environment, has now used for over 10 years a photovoltaic system, which allows the use of clean energy.

Agnolotti

Gli agnolotti are a speciality of the Piedmontese culinary tradition, of ancient popular origin, when it was customary to use the leftovers of roasts and vegetables to create the filling.
