Extra Valdostana Apple Jam and Walnuts

In this jam, we put two of the apples recognized as traditional agri-food products: the Renetta della Valle d'Aosta, and the Golden Delicious della Valle D'Aosta. We wanted to give you a bite of our history, combining it with the flavor of nuts, which in Valle D'Aosta were very appreciated on our tables along with local cheeses. Like all dried fruit, walnut has a high energy value and its fats, essentially polyunsaturated, are indicated in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and tumors and for the lowering of cholesterol levels. Precious, with an unmistakable flavor, they are a real delight for connoisseurs or for those who want to try the flavors of the past.
