The friar’s sleeves are part of the family of paccheri Campania that includes various other formats: half sleeves, peanuts, calamarata... the shape of which varies depending on the cut chosen, the die used and the thickness set on the press.
IDEAL WITH
The friar’s sleeves can be combined with an infinity of different sauces, prepared as pasta, gratin with cheese or even stuffed. They are preferably served with a generous sauce such as a nice carbonara or a rich sauce of tomato, cheese with or without meat.
