Vialone Nano RIce

The Vialone Nano variety is a medium-sized rice. It has a long, round, pearly grain. Despite the grain is not particularly large, the presence of an extended pearl and the high amylose content, make excellent its cooking resistance, with times, among other things, lower than the most known long risotto.
