MAGIE comes from selected healthy grapes, which produced a fresh and fruity wine with hints of strawberry and raspberry. The Charmat method, for its short time, does not affect but rather enhances its characteristics, such as its complexion reminiscent of rose petals. The mouthfeel is fresh but also soft and enveloping, which closes with citrus notes of pink grapefruit.

With the sparkling rose' brut MAGIE, obtained with the Charmat method, it goes back a bit to the origins of Nebbiolo: in 1600, in fact, the great-grandfather of this sparkling wine, was already appreciated in the Corti Sabaude in the variant of "CHIARETTO"At the end of the 1800s it was recognized in the exhibitions as a rosé sparkling wine.
Can make "magic" any aperitif, or a happy hour full of imaginative delicate dishes. Delicious even at the end of a meal with sweets.
