Piole, the terraced core of Montestrutto on the border with Nomaglio, located 350 m above sea level, has always been known for the production of high quality grapes from which it has always been made valuable wine.
From here we get this pure Nebbiolo, of a beautiful dark ruby red color, limpid and lively. Characterized by intriguing "pungent" aromas of violet and rose flowers, small red fruits and sweet notes of licorice and cocoa. In the finish stand out the mineral notes that bring back to the rock from which this wine takes shape. The taste, soft, persistent and warm, reflects the olfactory characteristics and then the fine and evolved tannins.
