There is no dessert more romantic and sensual than the lady’s kiss: two round biscuits, one half of the other, that seem romantically to kiss, united by the embrace of a drop of dark chocolate.
Ingredients: soft wheat flour type "00", roasted hazelnut flour 19%, butter, sugar, salt. Filling (15%): extra dark chocolate 58% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier Soy lecithin), natural vanilla extract, UHT milk.

Thus, the history of the kisses of ladies is lost in the halls of the royal palaces of the House of Savoy. Legend has it that on a beautiful day in 1852, King Vittorio Emanuele II asked the court cooks to taste a new cake with a taste and shape different from usual. The royal cooks set to work between flour, sugar, eggs and chocolate and soon after they churned out, to the delight of the sovereign, the now famous kisses of checkers. The delicacy obtained the approval of the sovereign, was since then served on the royal tables of the rest of Italy and Europe.
