The Blonde d'Aquitaine breed has been bred in Italy since the fifties of the last century, especially in the regions of Northern Italy and in particular in Piedmont, which, to date, has hundreds of producers who breed over 60,000 animals.

The weight of each individual portion can vary by a few grams due to the manually cut.
