In the Valdostan dialect "reina dou lacë" means the queen of milk, in honor of the cow that produces the most milk in the entire herd. This cream spread was made with a base of fresh milk exclusively Valdostan, combined with Piedmont IGP hazelnuts and cocoa of excellent quality. The Reina dou Lacë is a gluten-free cream spreadable suitable for adults and children, excellent on bread, rusks or for the realization of typical desserts, such as tiles valdostane.
