Our cherry honey is harvested in Piedmont and Apulia from the month of March
In the kitchen cherry honey is used not only to give character to tea and herbal teas, but also to enrich fruit salads and desserts based on soft creams of milk or fresh cheese. Also used in cheesecake or accompanied with almonds, cashews and raisins in the dry pastry.
