Our organic coriander honey is a gift from the lands of Marche and Abruzzo; it is harvested in the months of May and June, in conjunction with the flowering of this plant variety.
Thanks to its original character, coriander honey is an excellent ingredient for sweet dough such as pain d'épices.It is also excellent in combination with exotic recipes based on coconut milk or for cooking funds in dishes that include the use of game.
