Consistency

Our pollen is collected in granules, it is the bees themselves that shape it in this form: each harvester receives on its body a large quantity of microscopic powder that falls from the pollen bags of the flowers on which it rests. Later, with special brushes of rigid hairs, keeps the harvest in special "baskets" located on the legs until to form real balls of pollen. The product is then packaged after a method of processing that allows it to be dehumidified cold, so that it can retain all its nutritional properties. Once melted in the mouth, each granule welcomes the palate turning into an enveloping and full-bodied paste.

Flavour and aroma

On the palate the pollen gives a pleasant and out of tune contrast between a warm and dry aroma and a pungent and enveloping taste. The tone varies depending on its composition and then the flower of origin.

Color

from yellow to green, from pink to white, from red to brown. Pollen may present different shades and colors, depending on the flower of origin.

1 teaspoon (10g) once or twice a day
