Bunet: the Piedmontese cake par excellence based on cocoa and crumbled amaretto that in our version is presented in an aluminum cup that facilitates the consumption of single portion.

The origin of the name of this cake is much debated but the most accredited version provides that it comes from the container in which it was initially cooked that had the shape of a "bonet", or a cap with a round shape.
