Pinot Gris d.o.p. is produced in purity from the homonymous grape variety and has an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. The very intense aroma, with sensations of fruit, recalls yellow peach and pear. The mouthfeel is dry, pleasant and harmonious, characterized by a pleasant warm note and hints of fruit.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with Valle d'Aosta fondue or appetizers made with cheese or fish..
