Bright ruby red color, with floral hints and a prevalence of small red fruits: cherry, currant etc. in the mouth is fresh, of medium structure with the characteristic almond aftertaste, typical of the vine.

Dogliani Vigne in Pianezzo.
The winery has been in existence since 1919 but it was with the harvest harvest of 1968 that Francesco and
his son Mario decided to start making their own batch of Dolcetto, which is still the main grape
variety. Today the company is run by Mario with his sons Ma rco and Paolo who have totally
eliminated the aid of systemic antiparasitic products. The grapes of the various vineyards are
vinified individually and are largely processed entirely by hand because they are too steep for
machines and are located on a ridge at over 500 m/ asl from which dominates an uncontaminated
landscape.
