Ruby red with a thick texture and purple edges. On the nose an incipit of undergrowth, humus and moss. Then blackberry, black currant and marasca. Memories of rose petals, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, licorice and toasted hints follow the scene. The tannins are gracefully expressed without showing the muscles. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and has a fresh and flowing drop that highlights the fruity notes.

The Fumin is a race horse, which kicks, screams and is difficult to tame. Its presence in the classic Valdostan red cuts has always given great energy to the wine, providing body to the more delicate Petit Rouge. For a few years alone winemaking has given exciting results around the regional wineries and from here starts our idea, that of talking about the Fumin of Torrette, evaluating the immediate yield and over the years for a wine that, by definition, it takes time to unleash all its great personality.
