Organoleptic Examination
A pale red colour, almost pinkish, typical of the original grape, which at the end of its ripeness
reaches a faint colour. The wine has an intense aroma with mixed fruity and floral scents in
particular it has a strong scent of rose and undergrowth. The scent of this wine is what makes it
typical and graceful. The mouthfeel is typical of its slightly marked tannins that make it fresh and
dry and denotes also a good body, character that totally distinguishes it from a common rose.
Aging AND Aging
On fine steel lees for 6 months, essential for the ripeness of the fresh tannins of Grignolino.
Next 6 months in steel cask.
