The path that leads from the cereal fields of the Chappoz family to these biscuits is very short: the maize is grown by the producers themselves around the farm that serves as an oven and laboratory, and is immediately transformed into these delicious apple paste.
Ingredients: common wheat flour type "0", wholemeal corn flour 21%, butter, sugar, eggs, leavening powder (leavening agents E450i and E500ii, starch), impalpable sugar containing corn starch, salt. (may contain traces of hazelnut)

We are particularly attached to this product because it is our first experiment. For the dough we use flour ground by us, fine but integral. Our crops are not hybrid, but we sow every year part of the harvest. Bonne Vallée does not use sterile seeds, but believes in the sustainability of the farm and in the natural life cycle.
