The peculiarity of this product is given not only by its balanced smoking, but also by the herbs that we use, exclusively from Italy. We have, in fact, selected the alpine herbs of the Gran Paradiso National Park, to give a fresh aroma, decided, unique, worthy of our salmon trout.

The smoke, slow and natural, we obtained with the use of beech wood and fruit trees, for a special finish of aromas.
