Meatballs with Vegetables

Vegetable meatballs: these meatballs are our proposal for a second vegetarian. Fresh carrots, potatoes, leeks and zucchini are among the main ingredients that make them. The dough is processed to give it the shape of the meatballs, which are passed into the egg and breadcrumbs and finally are fried in oil just as if they were cooked at home.
