Characteristics:

Our honey from on is harvested in the summer, coinciding with the period of maximum flowering expression of this perennial herbaceous plant. In June and July, in fact, the lands of Calabria and Sicily are tinged with that dark pink color typical of the plant variety, curiously plucked by bees.
